SICORP offers standardized hosted products. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by SICORP, SICORP does not provide custom development, system integration, managed professional services, architecture consulting, regulatory consulting, or customer-specific customization as part of a product purchase.
Hosted products are provisioned and maintained according to SICORP's standard deployment and operational practices, which may include the use of third-party software, platforms, and vendor-recommended configurations. SICORP may apply routine maintenance, updates, patches, replacements, configuration changes, security measures, and operational controls that SICORP determines are reasonably necessary for product delivery, security, stability, compliance with vendor requirements, or platform integrity.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, SICORP does not undertake to modify a hosted product outside ordinary platform administration, vendor-supported methods, or SICORP standard operational practices. Requests for custom work, non-standard configurations, migrations, integrations, application-specific tuning, or other professional services may be declined or referred to independent third parties, including SICORP, Inc. or other integrators, under separate agreements.
Any professional services, consulting, customization, integration, migration, or project work performed by SICORP, Inc. or any third-party integrator is outside the scope of these Terms and must be governed by a separate written agreement. SICORP is not responsible for the work, representations, deliverables, omissions, or acts of any independent integrator or consultant.
SICORP and Customer each reserve the right to terminate a product subscription or account at any time, subject to these Terms and any separately agreed billing commitment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon termination or cancellation, Customer is solely responsible for securing and exporting its data before the effective termination date. Customer data associated with a terminated or cancelled product may be deleted or become inaccessible after the end of the applicable billing cycle or any shorter or longer retention period stated for the product.
Except as expressly stated below or required by law, fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed. Customer is responsible for understanding the nature of the hosted product before purchasing.
Please make sure to configure your ISP, spam filtering service, and email program to allow email from the sicorp.com and ossds.com domains, if applicable. SICORP is not responsible for issues arising from a Customer's failure to receive notices because of filtering, blocking, routing, or mailbox issues outside SICORP's control.
However, SICORP may honor refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility with third-party software, Customer configurations, Customer content, Customer misuse, unsupported modifications, requests for custom work, or matters outside SICORP's reasonable control.
SICORP may request reasonable information necessary to investigate a reported issue. Any access to Customer systems, if ever requested, will be subject to Customer approval and any separate written agreement that may apply. Nothing in these Terms obligates SICORP to perform work on Customer-owned or Customer-controlled systems outside the hosted product environment.
Cancellations must be submitted by the account holder through the customer portal ticket system or another SICORP-approved written method. SICORP does not provide prorated billing or refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing. Unless otherwise specified for the product, cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
Support questions related to standard product availability, billing, and ordinary administration may be submitted through the support portal. Response times are goals only and are not guaranteed under these Terms.

Payment for hosted products is due at the time of checkout unless SICORP has approved other billing arrangements in writing. Some products are sold on a recurring subscription basis. For recurring products, the payment method on file may be charged automatically according to the billing interval applicable to the purchased product.
Prices, product descriptions, and promotions are subject to change at any time prior to purchase. SICORP may correct pricing or descriptive errors and may cancel orders affected by such errors, with a refund of amounts paid for the affected order if required.
